Joe Paul

A workforce, reentry, and community development professional working 30+ years with ex-offenders, high risk adults, and community and faith-based organizations.

Joe Paul  has demonstrated experience and success with: evidence-based program  design and implementation; advocacy for systems change;  multidisciplinary and cross-sector collaboration management; and  strategic planning.

He is  the Vice President of Network Partnerships and Government Relations for  the  Los Angeles Regional Reentry Partnership (LARRP) overseeing  operations and implementation of strategic initiatives across the  network of 800+ government, faith-based, and nonprofit organizations  providing services to LA County’s reentry population.

Joe Paul is also Commissioner of the Inmate Welfare Fund Commission for  Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department managing the inmate welfare  fund, which allocates funding for education, recreation, vocational  training, counseling and reentry support in the Los Angeles County Jail  System.

Joe Paul is a member of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Community Advisory  Committee of the Restorative Justice Program where he advises the LA  County Sheriff Department on best practices and approaches to  restorative justice and victim-offender reconciliation.
