Type: Part-Time
Pay Range: $45,000 - $50,000 Annually
Location: Remote
Position Summary
The Digital Media Manager is responsible for the setup and deployment of participant communications. The
associate will work with various internal colleagues, including Communications & Strategic Outreach Manager,
Project Managers, Executive leadership and Operations to set up, edit and manage digital content, and ensure
timely delivery of digital communications.
Role Description:
● Oversight of digital team, site, app and social output to include Supervision of Twitter, Facebook,
LinkedIn, Instagram accounts, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms as needed or as
platforms emerge.
● Create original content in collaboration with the Communications team, including short-form stories
and implement multi-platform coverage of daily news/articles/ or posts.
● Monitor and mentor talented multi-platform efforts.
● Optimize content from all contributors for maximum engagement and ensure posts across all platforms
support our brand
● Track metrics on all platforms and deliver that information via daily/weekly reports.
● Oversee content creation and maintenance of sponsored pages/microsites.
● Develop consistent and concise messaging to promote brand voice, values across all communication
channels and across a range of media.
● Monitor and report competitors’ activity, relevant industry trends and opportunities
● Supervise Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram accounts
● Develops content strategy
● Work collaboratively with supporting teams (sales, technical teams, and management) to support
business growth and develop relevant, appealing content.
● Create and repurpose intriguing content that engages the target.
● Oversee the writing, editing and distribution of all content, eBlasts, blog posts, newsletters and other
forms of external communications
● Lead the strategic and tactical development of the organization’s content and digital marketing
initiatives
● Plays a key role in developing a comprehensive content management system and implements changes
to site layout and content based on usability, analytics, search engine, and business objectives.
● Create or edit content related to participant communications, including email, web or print
communications using templates with minor HTML and CSS modification
● Setup, configure and publish content to be executable for deployment
● Quality check content, as needed
● Work with requesters to gain approvals of communication content
● Work with internal business partners to clarify requirements, prioritize delivery and schedule
communications
● Strong organizational, interpersonal and project management skills
● Ability to manage and service multiple projects on a timely basis and produce accurate output
● Generate board communications, and internal comms and partner with communications & outreach
manager and development manager to create newsletter.

● Proficient with Adobe Suite/Canva and able to edit in Photoshop
● Strong organizational, interpersonal and project management skills
● Ability to manage and service multiple projects on a timely basis and produce accurate output
● MS Office skills
● HTML/CSS experience a plus but not required
